ZUNEEC · PRIVACY Version 2.0 · updated 8 October 2026
Top things to know
- We ask only for what it takes to deliver and support your order.
- Card numbers, CVVs and UPI PINs never reach us, and your data is never for sale.
- Want to see, fix or remove your data? Just ask.
01 Who handles your data
Zuneec, 226, Boman Marg, Bellasis Road, Madanpura, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400008, India, operates zuneec.com and is responsible for the personal data collected here. Questions go to support@zuneec.com.
02 What we hold
From you — your name, phone, email, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, your messages, and any photos or videos sent for a return or warranty claim
From your device — browser and device details, IP address, rough location, the pages you open and things like add-to-cart, gathered by cookies, Google’s tag and Meta’s Pixel
From payments — just whether a payment succeeded and its reference number; the payment itself is processed by our checkout and gateway partners
03 What it is used for
- Confirming, packing, shipping and delivering orders, including checking partial COD orders.
- Order and delivery updates over SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations, returns, refunds, warranty claims and complaints.
- Stopping fraud and protecting the website.
- Understanding how the site is used and how our Google and Meta ads perform.
- Offers and news, only after you opt in.
- Tax and legal record-keeping.
04 Who sees it
Only partners we need to run Zuneec: Shopify, which hosts the store; Shiprocket, which runs our checkout; payment gateways and banks; courier companies; a brand’s service centre if your warranty claim goes there; our SMS, email and messaging tools; and Google and Meta for measurement and ads. Authorities get data only when a law obliges us.
05 Cookies and ads
Cookies remember your cart and let us count visits. The Google tag and Meta Pixel tell us which ads work and can show you Zuneec ads elsewhere. Switch cookies off in your browser, and control personalised ads from your Google account and your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
06 Where it lives and for how long
Shopify may keep some data on protected servers abroad. We hold data for as long as the purposes above need, plus whatever tax and legal rules demand, then delete or anonymise it.
07 Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over SSL, card payments use PCI-DSS certified gateways, and access to your data is limited to the people serving your order.
08 Your rights
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 let you ask what we hold, have it corrected, completed or erased, take back your consent, name a nominee, and complain. Write to support@zuneec.com. We may check it is really you before acting.
09 Under 18s
Zuneec is meant for adults. If a minor has shared personal data with us, let us know and it will be erased.
10 When this changes
A new version of this policy will appear on this page with its own version number and date.
